Currently we cut two brands of sublimation aluminum the industry leader of sublimation products Unisub and also our house brand UVsub which is made by JDS.
Both brands will result in beautiful finished prints after pressing.
Unisub sublimation aluminum is the best sublimation metal on the market. It’s coating is superior to others in the market and produces consistent long lasting vivid images,that are scratch, mar and chemical resistant.
UVsub is the cheaper option and is more picky when it comes to having settings dialed in, but once you do it presses flawlessly.
Our selection of shapes is growing weekly. Will be adding a few each week to keep things fresh.
The aluminum sheet stock we use is .030″ thick and has a gloss finish. It’s white on one side only.
Be sure to remove the clear plastic protective film before pressing! Every blank has one.
As far as pressing our shapes, please refer to the suggested instructions included on the product pages of our sublimation aluminum. These are just suggested starting points to fine tune your setup.
